Holding, And Being Held
Let Love In, Allow It To Heal you,
And Send It To Others

-Life on Earth is intended to be challenging, and, sometimes, as we meet our challenges, we can forget the glory of our true being, we can be overcome with fear, pain, and suffering, and respond by placing defensive barriers within our minds and our bodies. These barriers don’t really keep us safe, but they can block us from receiving the Love energy that truly feeds us, renews us, and restores our life energy.
Learning again how to receive Love, so that we may be comforted, nourished, and healed, means opening our hearts, and trusting that we are loved. Learning to surrender to the reality of being in a physical body, and to accept the comforting presence of Love when we are in need of it, as we seek to make our way on this physical journey. Learning to become open to receiving guidance from the radiant, gently loving beings who are ready to love and protect us, to help us leave behind old patterns and conditioning so that we may move into new ways of being, which support our deeply authentic expression of our heartfelt presence.
Acceptance must be before healing can be. We experience Love only when we open, and allow it to enter. We feel it touch our deepest wounds, soothe our sharpest pain, and quiet our darkest fears. Through experiencing this Love, through finding the courage, and the strength to open ourselves completely to the gentle, unconditional embrace, which is always there, waiting for us to simply turn around, and trust that we are deserving of such Love, through this we heal, and we learn. We learn what Love truly is, what it is to be held, what it is to hold ourselves, and to hold others.
When we open ourselves to the Love of Spirit, we become part of a chain, we become a connecting point in the flow of love which begins with the Creator and continues, without stopping, out to all of creation. It extends out to you, no matter who you are, where you were born, or what unforgivable thing you may have done, it is there. It is yours, and it is ready for you, any time you will accept it.
You are forgiven. You are worthy. God’s Love is being sent to you right now, every moment, every day, through every person, every thing, every place, and every situation you encounter, and you need only to see it, to recognize it, to receive it. God is in every face you see, every heart you touch. God’s Love is everywhere, ready to hold you until you feel safe, and warm. Until you know that you are enough, and you always have been. Until you are ready to carry that Love with you as you step out into Life, and learn how to hold others, as you have been held. Until you are ready to become part of the chain of light. Allow the circle to complete. It is a Miracle.
