Everyday Heaven
There is beauty in everything, but it is up to us to find it and honor it. To see the beauty of the world, the beauty of ourselves, is to live in heaven every day. The heaven I speak of is not some far-off, floaty place with clouds, angel wings, and a bearded old man watching everything. No, this heaven is real, right in front of us, all around us, and within us, and always has been. We simply need to see it for it to spring to life.
Beauty will appear wherever we look for it, and heaven becomes wherever we are, and whoever we are with, when we are surrounded by beauty. What you cannot accept about yourself, about life, about the world, has beauty within it. Look for that beauty, and do not stop looking until you can see it.
This is how you can find peace with who you are, and where you are, and how you can begin to live in heaven, filled with beauty, and surrounded by beauty, every day. This is possible. This is the path. This is the secret, but you must be willing to let go of some things that you are holding onto very tightly.
This is not the only way, but it is the best way, to stop being at war with yourself. It can be hard, but it is worth the effort. You get to stop living in hell, and start living in heaven.
