They all pull you off…

Tugged by the current

Flowing past to somewhere else.

Motion without end,

That leads

To where others are going.

Your nourishment.

Quiet… Still… Listen

Hear your heart beat. It pulls you to joy.

Follow it… trust

Allow,

Accept.

Feel your heart laid bare. Pulled only by your soul’s prompt.

Always present, forever known,

The foundation

Underneath the busyness

Where no rush, no clamor,

No imperative can penetrate.

Relax

And glide.

Allow your seed to sink…
